The staff were very polite. And helpful. The location proves convenient. Public transport is close by.
The room lacked a refrigerator. There was also a lack of storage place for clothes. The small bed had a mattress bigger than its frame

The location was quite convenient. a metro station was only a short walk away. i found several cafes nearby. That was very helpful. the room was clean, which i value.
The room i was in was quite small. there was no wardrobe for storage. i was given only three towels, including one small towel. More would have been preferable. also i noticed they did not allow guests to open the windows.

the hotel was very close to the metro station so travel was simple. the room was clean and the bed was comfy. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful each time i interacted with them.
I had to pay extra to get a hairdryer which i thought was unusual. the room i stayed in was quite small. Space was definitely limited. i noticed the floor in my room wasn't cleaned very well.

the hotel's location was a real plus. it was very close to the metro and tram station and this made getting around the area simple. the breakfast was quite good as well. i was charmed by the continental selection they offered.
the room i stayed in felt small. the sink was also oddly placed outside the bathroom itself. there was no proper wardrobe either. i would have liked more space to store my things.

The hotel's proximity to the metro was very convenient, allowing quick access to various city attractions. I found the room surprisingly quiet,. The staff was very helpful, answering my questions. The room cleaning happened daily.
The lack of an ironing board in the room meant I had to request one, a small inconvenience, but resolved quickly.

The location was great. The metro station was a quick 5-10 minute walk. the reception staff were friendly. They greeted me with a big smile!!!
I didn't like that the windows couldn't be opened for fresh air. The small room felt stuffy. i also missed having an ironing board and iron in the room. I had to request a hairdryer too.
